A new Court of Appeal was established on 28th October 2014– to hear appeals of civil cases decided on by the High Court. Its creation will allow the Supreme Court to concentrate on matters of public interest and constitutional issues. It is hoped by clients and legal practitioners that the new court will speed up the hearing of appeals.
